We specialize in Playa del Inglés and the south of Gran Canaria (Maspalomas, San Agustín, Meloneras, Puerto Rico, etc.), but we also manage properties in other parts of the island on demand.

We work with apartments, bungalows, villas, commercial premises, tourist complexes, and land, both for purchase-sale and for short and long-term rentals.

In addition to the purchase price, you usually have to consider:

  • Property Transfer Tax (ITP) or VAT, as applicable

  • Tax on Documented Legal Acts (AJD) in some operations
